1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing services from CASTLE MACLELLAN FOODS LIMITED, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable UK laws and regulations.

2. Service Provision and Minimum Order

We provide premium food delivery and catering services. The minimum order value for delivery is £300.00. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering unless a corporate credit account has been established. Late payments on credit accounts will incur interest at a rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders for fresh food cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Refunds for damaged goods will only be processed if reported within 2 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castle MacLellan Foods Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
